Nico Rosberg took another win in his Mercedes with Lewis Hamilton right on his tail. In circumstances similar to the Spanish GP Lewis Hamilton needed just 1 more lap to possibly pass the German, just like Roaberg in Catalunya. It was a mature drive from Lewis Hamilton whom recovered from a poor qualifying mostly in the first lap with a beautiful start. The same could be said to Sebastian Vettel who was making progress like Lewis Hamilton from a poor qualifying until a loss in power seemed to drop him out of the race until it returned a minute or so later but it left him a lap down. His bad luck continued when he ran into the back of Esterban Gutierrez. Esterban Gutierrez had been at the back because of a tyre not being done up at his first stop. It was a decent race for Williams who managed 3rd and 4th giving them their first podium of the season and the vital points needed for their season. It was a quiet race for Ferrari but Fernando Alonso once again scored some solid points whereas Kimi Raikkonen came home in 10th. Daniil Kvyat had suspension failure with dropped another Red Bull owned team to the side lines as Jean-Eric Vergne had brake failure. Force India scored good points again but for the second ace in a row Nico Hulkenberg lost a place on the final lap. Kevin Magnussen scored points again but Jenson Button was only 11th. But F1 departs Austria with a good reputation laid down but at the British GP Lewis Hamilton will be on fire that's for sure but Rosberg leads the way.
