The F1 Provisional Calendar for 2016 was released by the F.I.A. the other day. there are some big changes to the calendar with the Championship starting in April and boasting a record 21 races, all of which inside 35 weeks. Malaysia has been moved from the start of the season to the back end of the season with Russia becoming the 4 race of the year and meaning an early start to the European season. The German GP is back on the calendar and Azerbaijan's first ever Grand Prix also makes the calendar. Furthermore the traditional 5 week summer break has been cut down to 3 weeks. The date of the British GP has been moved to June which could become an issue with the Great British Summer Weather. The Chinese GP becomes the 2nd race of the year and Abu Dhabi will close out the 2016 season.
